Service delivery

This is an on-site service, not a courier. We deliver the work at the Gauteng address you booked, in the slot you paid a deposit for. We do not post or ship products.

Delivered means we have attended, completed the agreed scope, and, where a Certificate of Compliance was part of that scope, issued it once the installation complies. Parts are fitted on site. They are not sent to you separately.

If we cannot reach the property, or nobody is there to give access, we will try to contact you. The visit may be treated as cancelled after dispatch under the Cancellation page.
