Cancellations

Cancel by emailing projects@mthombenielectrical.co.za and quote your booking reference.

Booked visit: cancel at least [notice period — to be confirmed] before the slot and we refund the 50% deposit in full. Later than that, or after the van has left, the deposit is kept toward the call-out.

Emergency call-out: you can cancel for a full refund until the van has left. After dispatch, the emergency call-out fee for that day or night rate applies, because the van was held for you.

We will tell you as soon as we can if we have to move or cancel your slot, and we will refund any deposit we are not able to honour.
